Step 01 · Free · 48-Hour Turnaround

Free website diagnostic.

Drop your URL below. We'll run it through our diagnostic toolkit and send you 5 specific findings — what's broken, what's hurting you, and what to fix first. Plain English. No sales pitch attached.

We'll only follow up if you want us to.

Step 02 · Where Most Contractors Start

Deep audit.

$1,495
Flat fee · paid upfront

A 12 to 20 page report covering everything that affects whether your website actually produces leads. We test, document, prioritize, and explain — in plain English. You leave with a complete understanding of what's broken and a clear path to fixing it. We don't build sites, which means our findings tell you what you actually need — not what we want to sell.

i. Technical foundation — Comprehensive technical review covering Core Web Vitals (Largest Contentful Paint, Interaction to Next Paint, Cumulative Layout Shift), crawlability and indexing, schema markup across every page type, mobile performance, and image optimization. Every issue ranked by impact on rankings and user experience.
ii. AI search visibility — We run 5 to 10 of your highest-intent search queries through ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews — the engines your customers are actually using now. We document which competitors get cited, where you're missing, and the specific content gaps preventing your site from being the answer.
iii. Local SEO + GBP audit — Full local SEO review: Google Business Profile optimization scorecard, citation consistency across 30+ directories, review velocity analysis against local competitors, NAP (Name/Address/Phone) consistency check, and local pack ranking factors for your top service keywords.
iv. Conversion analysis — Page-by-page conversion review: hero section evaluation, call-to-action placement and friction, form completion flow, mobile-specific obstacles, trust signal placement, and a walkthrough of the user journey from first click to phone call or form submission.
v. Competitive analysis — We audit three of your direct local competitors against the same standards. You see exactly where they're outranking you, where they're vulnerable, and the specific moves you can make to leapfrog them — including content gaps, schema advantages, and weaknesses they haven't addressed.
vi. Prioritized action plan — Every finding is prioritized by effort and impact. You leave the audit knowing exactly what to fix first, what can wait, and what to ignore. Structured to hand directly to your designer or to one of our vetted partner agencies.
Step 03 · After The Audit

What happens next.

You have two paths. Either works — and the choice is yours to make.

Path A

Your existing designer.

  • They already know your business
  • The audit gives them a clear roadmap
  • No additional cost from us
  • You stay with the team you know
Why don't you build the sites yourselves? By design. We don't sell rebuilds because we don't want a conflict of interest. Our income doesn't depend on convincing you that you need one — so when our audit says you need a rebuild, you can trust the finding. And when it says you don't, you can trust that too.

We'll tell you if you're not a fit.

We filter hard because discipline is what makes this model work. If your project falls outside what we do well, we'll tell you immediately and connect you with the right partner. We don't take on projects we can't deliver.

  • E-commerce
  • SaaS / web apps
  • Custom backend systems

  • HIPAA / PCI compliance

Common Questions

Questions contractors ask before they start.

i.How does a website audit work?
We run your website through a five-part diagnostic toolkit: technical foundation (Core Web Vitals, schema, mobile performance), AI search visibility (tested in ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews), local SEO and Google Business Profile, conversion analysis, and competitive positioning against three local competitors. The result is a 12 to 20 page report with a prioritized action plan that you can take to your existing designer or to one of our vetted partner agencies.
ii.What's the difference between the free diagnostic and the $1,495 audit?
The free diagnostic is a one-page report with 5 high-level findings — what's broken on your site at a glance. The $1,495 deep audit is a 12 to 20 page report that explains why each issue matters, how it's hurting you, and exactly how to fix it, with every finding prioritized by effort and impact. Most contractors start with the free diagnostic and upgrade if they want the full picture.
iii. What happens after I get my audit?
You have two paths. You can take the audit findings to your existing website designer — they already know your business and the audit gives them a clear roadmap. Or, if you want specialist help, we'll introduce you to one of our vetted partner agencies. Either way, the audit is yours to keep and the choice is yours to make. We don't get involved in implementation.
iv.Why don't you build the sites yourselves?
By design. We don't sell rebuilds because we don't want a conflict of interest. Our income doesn't depend on convincing you that you need a $10,000 rebuild — so when the audit says you need one, you can trust the finding. And when it says you don't, you can trust that too. Independent auditors only work if they stay independent.
v.Can I use my existing website designer to make the changes?
Yes — and we recommend it when it makes sense. Most designers are perfectly capable of implementing audit findings once they have a clear roadmap. The audit is structured to be handed off directly. If your designer doesn't have specialist experience with schema markup, AI search optimization, or modern static-site architecture, that's when our partner agencies become useful.
vi.What kinds of contractors do you work with?
Contractors and home service businesses with 1 to 3 locations — general contractors, roofers, painters, plumbers, electricians, HVAC, hardwood flooring specialists, cleaning services, landscapers, and other trade specialists. We don't audit e-commerce sites, SaaS products, custom backend systems, sites with 50+ pages, or projects requiring HIPAA or PCI compliance.
